27/05/2010 - Architecture, Urban Design Studio Keyart participate in the Conference Calls and Competitions with a video of the implementation of the intervention building in Fara Gera d'Adda (Bg), winning design in a competition of ideas and architectural design, won and created by Studio Keyart - Arch Fiammetta dementia. The project designed by Fiammetta dementia has been selected by the Board of Architects and National Council of Architects following a search carried out on ideas and architectural design competitions won and implemented over the last 10-15 years in Italy.
The project was selected among the projects carried out in Lombardy for its content and to be among the few projects awarded as a result of the competitions from local government, followed by construction and carrying out professional duties.

Operational Lot: Mini housing for the elderly (800sqm residence 270mq outdoor spaces);

nd 3 rd lot of works: Cultural Center (1.600mq ).
The Order of Architects and the Order of Engineers of the Province of Bergamo have undertaken a joint awareness of public administration through a process of training addressed to the directors and technicians and aims to spread the culture of the design competition on our territory as a tool for quality control of urban and territorial transformation and as the main instrument of the government and investors individuals to realize in practice the objective of urban democracy.

Pending the imminent issuance of the implementing regulation (under Presidential Decree 554/99) it requires a reflection on the introduction of new criteria for the tasks and in particular to deepen "lines guide expectations of engineering and architecture "subject of a recent document prepared by the Public Works in consultation with CNA, CNI OICE.
